  • Case managers and social workers in order to achieve the best possible outcome.

Our Aims

Our rehabilitation is functional and goal-oriented. Within a defined time frame we aim for patients:

  • To be independent in activities of daily living such as washing, dressing, toileting, and basic meal preparation, thus reducing their reliance on carers.
  • To participate to the fullest extent in their family life.
  • To be able to participate in leisure activities and to be able to engage in their hobbies.
  • To return to employment.
